Who Are We Now?
A UWE (University of the West of England) project; creating
2 publications based on 2 interviews with members of my family of different
styles, stocks and sizes.
My decision was to focus on my mother and father, basing the design of each publication off the era and location each was born (1970s Belfast and 60s London respectively). The style was influenced by several focused mood boards, aiming to understand how to replicate historical styles. Aimed at my mother, my father and anyone who needed to find out about them, the outcome was 1 A4 and 1 A5 publication. This project taught me about structure, consistency and synthesising a lot of information.
